Get alerts on staff phones

1. 1Open Chime Bee on the phone and sign in once. On iPhone, add it to the home screen first (Share → Add to Home Screen).
2. 2Press Turn on alerts in the box at the top of the screen (or on Your account), then allow notifications when the phone asks.
3. 3Switch On duty on when you start and off when you go home. Only people on duty get alerts.

Someone isn't getting alerts? The requests board tells managers who is on duty without alerts. Check they're On duty, in the right department, and allowed notifications for Chime Bee in the phone's settings.
